Good service, good food and not too expensive. They will give you 5 to 6 types of unlimited refill appetizers, sometime you will get free soup and steam egg too. Try their cold noodle, by far it's one of the best in kl.

Despite a small space area than the other Korean restaurants here in Taman Desa, I come here for the great ambiance. You get to watch and listen to authentic Korean films and music. Occasionally, you'll get the feel of being in Korea when huge Korean groups and families walk into during lunch hour. Best part of Nak Won is that they do not skimp on the side dishes and is more than happy to get it refilled for you. However with good service comes a price, inching to the pricey side of Korean food, do expect to be paying more than the market price for a piece of meat.

Hands down my favourite korean restaurant. Despite there being two or more Korean joints in Taman Danau Desa, Nak Won is the one i keep on returning to. Yes, maybe its food is not as impressive but you get to skip the long line and get seated immediately upon entering. Nak Won has the most reasonably priced food I have ever encountered. I can get a bowl oh Kimchi Jigae ,Dwenjang Jigae or Sundubu Jjigae for RM15-20. My favourite part of dining here is the ample amount of banchan or side dishes. Some other places try and scrimp by serving you at most 5 or 7, but Nak Won goes all out and gives you eleven. Yup that's right, the big 11. (Can you believe it?) with a steamed egg thrown in on occasion. The restaurant is not crowded so you get to eat in relative peace.What's more, there is no taxes and no service charge at this place.

I went to Nak Won twice and both times gave me good impressions about the food, ambience and staffs. First of all, thumbs up to the staffs who are always so friendly and ready to answer your questions. Although the restaurant is not very spacious (the space between two tables can only fit one person), the ambience is good. You watch TV programs from Korean channel and listen to Korean musics. On and off, you see Korean families coming in to have their meals. At one split moment, you may think you are in Korea (discounting the fact that the workers are not Koreans). Food? They provide you refillable side dishes and they are in large variety. I've been to multiple Korean restaurant in town and Nak Won is completely not stingy in feeding you with their delicious side dishes. Good kimchi too! Also, they are quite well priced. In average, they are lower than the usual price you find in town. For example, one portion of meat for BBQ costs less than RM30 (sometimes, you can only get this at RM40 or above). We went in a group of 3, we ordered 2 sets of grilled meat, one pancake, one ginseng chicken soup and kimchi soup and it costs us only RM40 ++. I reckon this is a good price in KL. Away from the busy city centre and this is of course your consideration if you want to escape from the crowds in the weekend.
